Have been going to Circuit Road Hawker Centre for years but never knew this stall existed. Thanks to my nephew for recommending this place! I had the mutton briyani and it was excellent. The meat was tender and generous, and the dalcha was thick and tasty—not watery like some places. I’m usually not an acar person, but even the acar was surprisingly good. It was so good that I completely forgot to take a photo of my briyani. This will definitely be my go-to briyani place. Awesome! 😋

Biryani Hamidah Bi is located at Blk 79 Circuit Road, #01-14 Singapore 370079, conveniently accessible by public transportation & Matter MRT. Today i enjoyed authentic traditional Nasi Biryani with chicken, really delicious savory flavours, especially with the potato gravy 😋 yummy ☘️🫶🍀💚👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍💞

Came to try the biryani at Hamidah Bi over a weekend lunch. Her stall is at the extreme right end of Circuit Road Hawker Centre, nearer to Merpati Road. Tried both the chicken and mutton biryani (she does not carry fish biryani fyi). Both were done dum style. First off, the rice used is quality basmati rice, and it was cooked fragrant, fluffy and has a hint of the rosewater used in the cooking process. The chicken served was well marinated and tender. Likewise for the mutton, it was moist on the inside definitely not dry, it was tender and splits apart easily with little pressure from the spoon. The dalcha accompanying the biryani is not watery, is very flavorful and surprisingly spicy. The achar (pickled vegetables) were also crunchy, fresh and tangy. Overall definitely recommended. Please try to come early, as once the shutters open, the orders come thick and fast. The friendly owner, Mdm Hamidah does a lot of tapao orders and don't be surprised if she runs out by 1pm (opens at 1130am).

I ordered the chicken briyani for $7 and found it quite disappointing. The taste was average and nothing really stood out compared to other briyani stalls. While the portion was decent, the overall flavour lacked depth and didn't feel worth the price. Unfortunately, it wasn't memorable enough for me to return.

Tried Briyani by Hamidah Bi during lunchtime — luckily got there early before the crowd built up. Ordered the chicken briyani and it was really good! The rice was fragrant and flavourful, and the chicken was tender and well-marinated. After a while, the hawker centre got pretty crowded, so it’s best to come early if you want to avoid the queue. A true hidden gem for briyani lovers.
