An unpopular coffeeshop before renovation, that is continuing to rise in unpopularity till now. Not hard to see why the neighbourhood has effectively blended together to boycott this coffeeshop. Business is so bad although they are right smack in the neighbourhood with a school nearby. Exorbitant priced food providing little quality. Latest casualty, fishball noodle stall, and half the stalls in the coffeeshop are empty at the moment. Just stay clear!

Worse ever CHICKEN RICE NO MEAT AND EXPENSIVE. GIVEN 2PC OF BONE. 3pc of meat small PC. CAN SEE FROM THE PIC BEFORE I TOOK. And egg $5.80 most expensive I NOT EVEN FINISH IT TASTE SOSO AND DRY . Don't waste Ur money try. Not worth ! And not allow to smoke. Still many smoke outdoor . Smelly . Hope NEA will conduct a check. The guy next to me. He thought is $4usually he pay$4 .today he just charge $3.i suspect they over charge me $1 to cover his meal. Both husband and wife not look so sincere!!! Horrible

Came on a Sunday noon for lunch. But several stalls are closed. So it’s not normal. Food selection is limited. Only the prata and roast meat tasted just fine. There’s plenty of seats unlike other coffeeshops in ubi area. It is considered clean with air conditioned area.

Tried the roti prata here and was really disappointed. Although it was freshly made, it wasn’t crispy at all — just dry and flat. The curry was also quite weak and didn’t taste good. For the price and waiting time, definitely not worth it. Wouldn’t come back

Great spot at Ubi Eating House for a quick and satisfying meal. Wide variety of local food options and prices are very reasonable. Food came fast esp the pratas and hot.
