The cafe is a beautiful place, love the plants. The scrambled eggs had a weird taste and were a little undercooked (see the pool of liquid egg) but the staff were receptive to feedback. I also had mushroom soup and iced choc. Hope to give this place another shot since I live nearby.
View on GoogleGreat place for braunch, lunch and afternoon tea. Foods were prepared with a lot of care and attention to details. We had pasta with barramundi, full breakfast and truffle fries. Everything was perfectly done. We went at a PH pm and could find parking right outside and didn’t have to wait for a table. Would come again if when crazing for good quality breakfast.
View on GoogleWe went for brunch, after checking the menu as want to make sure that the vegetarian options are available, but at 11 am is showing most of the vegetarian options sold out, which was a bit disappointing. This place is not in a mall is a bit away. So intentionally you go there and found that many items are missing from the menu is disappointing. The Alio olio pasta we ordered was very blend. The place was quiet and ambience was good, but a part of that there’s nothing compelling to go there back.
View on GoogleI’ve been back to Knots Cafe & Living (Paya Lebar) a few times now, and it still holds up really well. The pasta is the main thing that keeps drawing me in, especially the carbonara, and the bacon aglio olio is worth trying too. Even after repeat visits, it still feels like a place I’d happily return to again.
View on GoogleCame here for brunch with my partner on our day off hoping to have a nice meal. While the atmosphere is nice, the food was disappointing. Ordered the fish and chips and tomahawk pork chop, and both were average. The fish was dry, and the tomahawk pork was gamey. The fries and black pepper sauce was good though. The scrambled eggs however, was actually disgusting in taste and texturally it felt off. It looked pale and visually unappetising.
