A serious roastery bar tucked in a Macpherson industrial building — built for people who care deeply about what's in the cup. I had the Rwanda Red Bourbon pourover — soft peach and stone fruit, malic acid clarity, light and approachable. My first Rwanda origin and it delivered. Followed by a Kenya SL28 cortado with an exceptional lingering phosphoric finish that stayed on my palate well over a minute. Classic Kenyan SL28 signature. Hardware is serious — Ditting 804s for filter, Ditting Lab Sweet 403 I believe for espresso. Nordic light roast philosophy throughout. The Panama Gesha at $18 is still on my radar for next visit. Hospitality could be warmer — I was rushed to order within minutes of sitting down. As someone who takes origin and palate matching seriously, a little more patience from the team would go a long way. SGD $19 for two drinks. Worth the trip — just come with your order ready and let the coffee do the talking.
View on Google2026 July - First visit and enjoyed it very much. Havent had a pourover with such flavorful floral notes before, totally demonstrated the strengths of the Nordic style roasts to me, when it was previously a complete mystery. Started with their signature Scandic Blend as regular hot long black. It was thick and good. A bit of a sticky aftertaste, that's fine, it's not a pourover and doesn't pretend to be. Continued with pourover Yennifer Rojas Trujillo Colombia. It was so fragrant floral aroma and so smooth to drink. Just breathing in the coffee aroma before taking the next sip made it such a pleasant drinking experience. Just two of us but we ordered third coffee! Felt obligated to get something else after such a great experience. This time we took the iced latte. They made with coffee at bottom half, too much ice and the topped it with milk, which gave the visually appealing view of watching the slow mixing of coffee and milk. Cozy place as well, like the interior decor and low lighting. Price seem to have gone up substantially these last few months, that's a shame. Look here guys. This here - that's what a real hidden gem looks like. Rather than the way all of ya describe every other work Monday as a hidden date, your community cat as hidden royalty, or your flats sky garden as a hidden park.
View on GoogleI came here after seeing it recommended on Google and purchased some beans as a gift for my husband. While I’m not able to review the taste personally, I’d like to share my overall experience. The visit took a bit of extra effort, especially with the limited payment options (cash or PayNow only). It would be great if more flexible payment methods were available. That said, the café has a cozy atmosphere that coffee enthusiasts would likely enjoy. Perhaps it was just my timing, but I felt the interaction could have been a bit more welcoming ☺️
View on GoogleIf you are a coffee purist, this is your sanctuary. 20grams Coffee Roastery isn’t trying to be a brunch spot or a laptop café; they focus on one thing and do it exceptionally well: Coffee. The setting is incredibly cosy and intimate, making it the perfect escape from the noise of the city. It’s the kind of place where the aroma hits you the moment you walk in, and the minimalist aesthetic keeps the focus exactly where it should be—on the beans.
View on GoogleThey roast amazing floral, juicy, fruity light roast coffee beans that reminds me of the ones I had in Copenhagen and Oslo! Bought home some beans and now I get to enjoy delicious home brewed coffee at home. This place is a GEM 💎
