A good satay stall. Well marinated and well grilled. The chicken satay is very lean…those who prefer lean meat will like it. I prefer satay with more fat to be rendered down by the grilling. Satay sauce color a bit red compared to usual but it’s not bad at all.

Amazing satay and gravy at an amazing value is how I would summarise this. I have always wanted to eat this but they are close by evening and satay is something I associate with indulging in the evening. And this time, I have it in the morning for my breakfast - a first time for me. And what is more amazing is that it is unlike the usual Malaysia or Hainanese satay because it is Indonesian styled satay - with slices of meat packed onto the stick. It feels like eating kebab meat and grilled perfectly over charcoal. The sweet savoury sauce is unlike the familiar peanuty version but so satisfying with the satay meat. Something to behold for local hawker scene.

Satay tastes good. The price of 70 cents per stick is incredible. Look can be a bit discomforting since fire to cook them is quite strong. Char on food is not unavoidable.

The best satay I've had in Singapore. Affordable too. Sad it's closing for good on the 210925 for owner is retiring. Tq Pak Chik for your tasty satay.

By far the best satay in Singapore! The gravy is super sedap!! The peanuts are chunky. The gravy is thick and has a nice spicy kick.
