horrible service... nvr been so angry... went to eat for lunch with my boyfriend, no staff was at the dining area, eaten bowls frm previous customers were left on not one but multiple tables. no one bothered to clear those. secondly, my food came and it came without a spoon. i was nice and patient so i waited since my bf food wasnt up yet... we did press the bell and no one came! then this male staff frm the picture (inside the kitchen one wearing their uniform) brought my bf food and i told him that i didnt have a spoon so he brought me a spoon then. he left it on the table and left. abit annoyed alr bcoz he didnt bring my spoon up i cldnt eat i have to wait and he didnt even bother to come after ringing the bell thirdly, when we were about to start eating, i then realised that my bf ordered EGG YAKITORI didnt came with an egg... but the staff left so we rang the bell again. same, no one came, verbally asked for help, no one came. im very annoyed alr at this point so i went to the counter... then this man in the picture, saying so loudly in chinese to the china lady i assume in the picture that he brought our orders to us alr then pointed at me telling her that im behind her. utterly rude! then i ask her regarding my order and there wasnt any sorry abt this and i didnt even see him check the order they just push the egg into my hands... not sure if this is how staff training is, where staff dont even bother to check the order, store cleanliness is low and staff are so rude. i understand they might be short staffed but this is not how u treat customers at the end of the day. i demand an apology.

View on GoogleWhy put a signage there asking diners to wait if dine in when there is no server around to assist. Your staff just hides in the kitchen. The female Chinese server display nil service standards and raised her voice when asked the drink served is water or tea. She just stretch her hand across the table without saying excuse me and stuffed the serviettes roughly. She spends most of the time in the kitchen and talks loudly with the kitchen staff and her voice can be heard throughout the whole restaurant. I get it is a fast food chain, but even mcd and yoshinoya staff practise better service standards. Please ask your staff to wear a mask. It is not hygiene to cough widely with her mouth uncovered especially when working in a food establishment. Food is ok .. pickles are abundant
View on GoogleGreat option for Japanese comfort food at PLQ. I love that they offer several bowl sizes—especially the option for more meat, less rice. Prices are reasonable, portions are generous, and service is quick. The gyudon is savoury and satisfying, and the curry hits the spot. Super happy with my meal—I love it and will be back!
View on GoogleThere was a queue when I arrived for lunch. The serving is generous. I love how much spring onions there was on top of the Yakiniku beef slices which was well-seasoned. There was only a $2 charge to top up for miso soup and the vegetable. My son complaint that there was too much garlic, but I loved the taste of the garlic. I found the seating too close for my liking and there was no space to put my bag. A staff suggested for me to put it at the delivery collection shelf instead.”, which I did.
