Oh my ghosh the meat here is so awesome! Good thing I don’t stay near here otherwise I would be eating here almost everyday! 😂 P.S. try their US Prime Beef Brisket, it soooo freaking awesome!

Visited Smokey’s BBQ at Joo Chiat and ordered the beef brisket platter. The portion looked good and the sides were decent, especially the sweet potato fries and fried items, which were crispy and flavorful. The rice was also nicely seasoned. However, the beef brisket itself was quite dry and lacked the juicy, tender texture you would normally expect from smoked brisket. Because of that, I wouldn’t recommend ordering the brisket. Overall, the place has a nice atmosphere and the other food items were okay, but the brisket was a bit disappointing.

Got baby back ribs, fish n chips, pulled pork sliders. Fav were the sliders cos the others were heavier. Meat fell off the bone for tibs. Can definitely taste the smokiness. Can get warm cos outdoors/ no ac, tho evenings are breezier

Chilled service. Food was delicious. The brisket was definitely the star. If you crave American bbq, look no further. Ordered the platter, but doggie bagged it and lasted several meals afterwards
