A solid spot for a quick, healthy meal. The build-your-own bowl is easy to customise, with fresh ingredients and good variety. I went with a lighter tofu-based bowl—clean flavours, nice mix of textures, and well-balanced overall. Portions are decent but may feel slightly light for bigger appetites. Service is fast and efficient, though a bit transactional. Overall, reliable and convenient—great for a clean, fuss-free meal.

The shop was extremely stuffy when we visited, and there was an unpleasant smell inside as the air-conditioning appeared to be malfunctioning. We didn't mind too much initially as outdoor seating was available. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. Both the Spicy Salmon and Mentaiko Salmon tasted unusually fishy. The "spicy" version wasn't actually spicy and seemed to be little more than sauce drizzled over the salmon. The mentaiko sauce was also overwhelmingly fishy, including the additional sauce served alongside it. The combination of the strong fishy taste and the warm, stuffy environment left us concerned about the freshness and storage conditions of the raw fish. Staff did not seem happy too but it must’ve been really hot for them. Revisited as my previous experiences were not too bad. Just wish I went elsewhere this time

extremely disappointed at the subpar hygiene standards of the plq outlet. found a medium sized bug after finishing 2/3 of my bowl. worse still, wrote an email to feedback on both their instagram and to their email address with no response after almost a week. lack of customer service and cleanliness is profoundly disturbing and horrific.

Poke Theory PLQ has always been my go-to place for a healthy meal. The food is consistently good, Anna and Shafikah are always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Their excellent service makes every visit enjoyable.

Honestly its Great place to start the day! The morning staff always very friendly, welcomin. The breakfast is healthy, delicious, and gives me a good mood and energy for the rest of the day. Really appreciate the positive atmosphere and great service every morning. Highly recommended! A google review is needed for them.
