Had a very good steak in Owens. The menu was initially quite confusing (they had a special promotion and it was not clear how the promotion terms were). The one and only staff was a little impatient in trying to explain to us. He was nicer to the regulars who came though. The wagyu steak was excellent. Quite value for money, and properly done. The chicken Paramagian portion was generous, and tasty with cheese and tomato paste. They also served a grilled prawn salad. Which was done well. Dessert for the set was rather disappointing though. In conclusion, good food.

I’ve tried their steak before at my friend’s place, so today I brought my friends down to check out their $20 steak promo. Was honestly surprised that some sets, like the fish & chips, were only around $10 — such a steal for a restaurant with such nice vibes. Waiting time was slightly longer during lunch hours, but the aircon and good company made up for it. The food didn’t disappoint. I’m usually not much of a steak lover, but I still finished about 70% of mine — and even gave some to my kid, who kept asking for more servings. 😂 The pasta was a little too sweet for our liking, but we really enjoyed the batter on the fish and chicken sets. Overall, we had a great meal and enjoyed the food!

Had a very enjoyable dinner at Owen's Restaurant. The steak was the highlight of the meal. It was cooked perfectly, tender, juicy and full of flavour. Definitely one of the better steaks I've had at this price point. We also enjoyed the sautéed mushrooms which were fragrant and generously portioned. The prawns were fresh and the creamy mushroom pasta was rich and satisfying. Cozy atmosphere, friendly service and a pleasant place for a family dinner. Will definitely come back again.

You should not missed this place if you are at this area! It was such a pleasant surprise. The food was nicely done—nothing too fancy, just honest and comforting flavours. Portions were decent, and everything tasted fresh. The staff were friendly that made the whole experience even better. A great spot if you’re looking for a relaxed meal without breaking the bank. Will definitely come back again.

Our first time here, came all the way from west to try their steak. It’s so soft and juicy! My kids love it so much! They even learn how to cut their own steak. Owner was kind and taught them to cut their own steak. Very clean and cozy ambience. We will be back again soon! Highly recommended. Kids friendly and easy parking by the side.
