Had afternoon tea break here and experienced good service with the middle aged male cashier when he helped us with our order. The are regulars who seem to frequent this shop, with said staff giving practical advice about reheating the buns at home and all. It’s always heartening to see and experience wholesome service.

I have always patronise this outlet 3 times a week in the morning, the team here is great. but today was such a let down. Came in the evening, and the guy doing the cashier was so bloody rude. The way he is working is like not interested at all. I ordered 2 char shao bao set, and I just went to the wash room, and when I came back my bao was cold. I went to the cashier to let the cashier guy know and he just told me "of course cold lah, we at where." than he said I can't change this for you. I only can keep back inside the steamer. It really spoilt my mood for dinner. Management please look into it. I think I wont be back here to eat in the evening if the guy is still so rude.

It cost $3.70 for coffee and big Pau. There’s egg inside the Pau. I think this price is acceptable. But I hope the management maintain this price else you will definitely lose customers. This Nam Kee Pau has a seating area with about 8 tables. Some customers are having noodles instead.

It's a chain, so the taste and quality is quite consistent across all their outlets. We had the soup ban mian and the dry ban mian. Both tasted good. The noodle texture is firm, which gives it a good bite. The onsen egg that topped the dry ban mian was perfect. Giving this outlet a 2 star rating, because they take SO long to get your order ready! The outlet wasn't full, and there weren't any delivery riders coming by to pick up orders, but we still waited a good 15 mins for 2 bowls of noodles. We were seated next to the food preparation area, and could see the cook use her phone in between clearing the orders. A customer that ordered her noodles after us even got her order first, because the cook was distracted and mixed up the order queue. The food is ok, but I'll rather enjoy my ban mian at other outlets. I definitely wouldn't recommend dining in at this outlet if you're expecting a quick meal.

It's aight. Menu can be a tiny bit confusing because it says "value set menu: 2 charsiew buns" and the photo includes a drink but no mention of the drink haha. No big deal, food tastes alright.
