ordered my drink through the liho app at 11:19am on a Friday (working day) and waited for 30mins for my drink to be ready. There's only 1 staff at that time which is understandable but no one came to order but just like 2 or 3 drinks ordered through grab. I was actually waiting outside. When I arrived, there's few drinks for grab order (saw the grab rider collected) then 10mins later I saw a drink ready on the counter. I went in to check if it's mine but no. The staff in the shop saw me looking tlat the order number but did not bother to ask. So I just went out and wait outside again as it is a small shop. Waited and 20 mins later my drink is ready. I saw the 2nd staff sitting outside and went in at 12pm to start her work. She went in and made my drink. Not blaming her. In my opinion waiting for 30mins for a early grey milk tea with grass jelly is not worth it, when there are not much orders and no one went in to order. I wanted to cancel since waiting time is too long, but can't, so I just waited. Liho Eunos mrt pls look into this matter.

Always had good experience of this branch Eunos as the staff is always helpful and delightful. The drinks are well done too. Highly recommended.

I have no words to describe how pathetic their amount with no ice is. Come on la, rather you charge customer for no ice than to give such silly amount. Crazy The two guys constantly kept chatting among themselves, making the services so slow. Noy my first bad experience with Liho.
