He explained the payment method very quickly, and because I did not catch everything, I politely asked him to repeat it. Instead of responding patiently, he frowned and appeared annoyed and impatient. His attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I believe customers should be treated with courtesy and patience, especially when they are simply asking for clarification. I hope you will address this matter with your staff and continue to provide friendly and professional customer service in the future.

I’ve been to this outlet a few times, and Khloe has served me each time. She’s consistently patient and friendly, even when she’s clearly very busy and I can’t decide what to order. I especially appreciate her recommendations. Service like this really makes a difference.

Crystal, who took our order, had a super super super super bad attitude!!!!!!! Crystal’s attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. At around 8:25 PM on 31 May 2026, she was serving at the ordering counter and continuously gave customers an unpleasant attitude and dirty looks. Throughout the interaction, she appeared annoyed, impatient, and unwilling to help. We were simply placing an order, yet she made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Customer service is a big part of the dining experience, and this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training to ensure customers are treated with basic courtesy and respect.

The staff on the night shift today, August 7, had a very poor attitude and spoke rudely.They were extremely impatient even when I simply asked about mine order. Especially of the female employee with long, dyed hair.
