Hi there, I ordered 4 kebabs and fries and the order took nearly 30 mins to finish. Somewhat understand given there was only 1 staff who mentioned he has a lot of orders to process.. but when I got the fries, the fries were not battered, unlike the one at the Shenton (quality of food at Shenton was better). Please keep up the standards across your different branches. The Joo Chiat branch has not been a great experience in comparison.
View on GoogleAbsolutely great kebabs! Had a chicken kebab with spicy mayo and garlic sauce. It came as a set meal with fries and a coke. No better way to end a hard day at work. Healthy with lots of fresh lettuce, tomatoes and red onions. The chicken was very tender and juicy. Thick cut fries are yummy too. Overall just a fantastic meal. The guys running the shop are super nice too, always so polite and friendly! Will definitely go back again! I’d recommend it for sure!
View on GoogleI visited Kebabs Faktory (Joo Chiat) with hopes of trying their pita, but unfortunately, it’s no longer on the menu. Instead, I ordered the falafel cheese kebab, which was decent and met my expectations, though it didn’t wow me. The falafel was a bit dry, but the fresh veggies helped balance it out. One highlight was the friendly staff who offered me a complimentary side of baklava, which added a nice touch to the experience. I’ll definitely be back to try their chicken kebab next time and hope it delivers on quality!
View on GoogleThe clerk was super nice, she reminded me when I ordered the wrong dish, but I misunderstood! She still made up for my meal though! Great store! recommend
View on GoogleOrdered a take-away. But the only staff here is busy talking to his boss over the phone. They did put up a signage to ring the bell but when I did a couple of times, no one came out. Seems like talking to the boss is way more important and serving to their customers. WORST! I waited for 30mins at the counter. Even after he hung up the phone with his boss, i rang the bell twice but was ignored. Worst place ever.
