Anyway he didn’t seal and just help me put in a plastic bag My coffee spilled all over while driving back to office Thanks, really. Speechless
View on GoogleWanted to buy a small coffee using my own reusable tumbler, but the staff said customers with their own cup can only order a large coffee. I explained they could simply fill my tumbler with a small serving, but they refused. I found this policy unreasonable and left without buying. So bring your own cup you pay more!
View on GoogleI visit this outlet on a Saturday afternoon around 3.30 pm. The cashier cum service staff at the counter - a chinese lady with short hair. She is very slow. She takes the order of 4 customers, then she prepares the order!
View on GoogleMee Siam Fun Toast 📍10 Eunos Rd 8, #01-126 SingPost Centre, Singapore 408600 🍜 Food wise: Decent Mee Siam, comes with one egg, Tau Pok, bean sprouts, shredded chicken and garnished with spring onions and with a lime on the side. Taste wise, it had everything it needed, good taste of the rempah, sweet, sour and hint of spice, quite good actually. The rice noodles were cooked well, it absorbed the gravy well too. Quite satisfying! ✨ Ambience wise: Neat and clean! 🤵🏻 Service wise: Staff did their job. 💵 Price wise: $5.80 For a Mee Siam, this is pretty expensive. The taste wise was not bad though.
View on GoogleEncountered deceitful and terribly stingy service here. I would like a full refund pls for my lor mee kopi set and customer recovery compensation. I ordered a lor mee with small kopi set for $8.20 (I picked beehoon when given a choice of beehoon or yellow mee). Once I collected my lor beehoon and was about to start eating, the sticky gravy had already completely dried up right away as beehoon absorbs it, but to dry up so quickly also means there wasn't much gravy to begin with. I went back with my bowl to ask the counter staff (Staff A) if she could help give me a bit more gravy and showed her the bowl of dried up lor beehoon. This simple question was apparently a huge fearful one that no staff dared to say yes to. Because Staff A said "Cannot, it is like that, we can't help it and can't give more gravy", then asked kitchen staff Staff B, who said no, and asked Staff C, who also said no. Staff B said at most she can add chicken soup for me (which I declined, as that will make it watery when lor mee is supposed to be sticky). In the end, they all couldn't give a single drop of extra gravy although it is clearly visible that the bowl of lor beehoon was all dried up. Without telling me what they will do next, Staff C, a guy making coffee at the front counter, took the bowl and asked me to go back to my seat and wait for a few minutes. When Staff B from the kitchen sent back the same bowl of lor beehoon to me, I saw that it had turned all watery and realised they had cheated me by microwaving it for a few minutes, and I wasn't asked if I was okay with that. This completely ruined it and it was horrible. I would like a full refund and compensation please.
