The first coffee stall at the market. Ordered coffee si, $1.40. Coffee made was dark and bitter, I asked for more milk to improve the taste. Stall was v careful with managing cost hence skimpy on milk and sugar. I didnt ask for less sweet. Overall NOT interested in making a good cuppa. The HDB estate has a very nice colour scheme

A food centre that is pretty dirty most of the time. Not much to mention here, except that there are many muslim stalls, and food is of an acceptable standard. The fishball noodles is an honourable mention, as there are snaking long queues, and they sell out pretty fast in the morning. They are not even open on some days, so you might not be able to taste their noodles even if you want to. A few of the stalls here have been operating for many years, but unfortunately, they are not unable to mantain their standards. Even though this food centre is closer to home, I wouldn't really make a trip down just for the food.

Highly recommend: aroma nasi lemak (get the grilled chicken thigh set) and JS cafe (drinks stall next to aroma nasi lemak). Uncle in JS cafe is nice and so pro with the way he makes the drinks, all the drinks we ordered was nice too. Aroma nasi lemak is also very yummy, juicy, well seasoned! Entire place can be cleaner tho~

First time set foot at Eunos Crescent Market. Eunos MRT is just next to the food centre, so convenient. Planning to eat nasi lemak since we're not familiar of the shops. The first front of stall, all 10 of them are Halal. It include beverage stall and kuih2 stall. At the back there's also some halal stall. Something caught my eye, fish roe (telur ikan)! Wifey already decide on black ink squid the minute she set her eyes on it while my eyes already set on the fish roe and went on to order at Mami Junaidah's stall. At 9.30am we are having heavy breakfast. 🫣 Since the dishes are place in a glass like tray, the gravy tend to be cold. The asam pedas fish/fish roe gravy was not to my expectation. It has more asam taste (tamarind) rather than the balance flavor of both chili and asam. As for wifey's plate, she only like the begedil, it tasted homemade and not the readymade at factory kind. The black ink squid was ok but bit spicy for her and the brinjal was kind of bland. I may come again I try on other food stalls if the universe permits.
