Serving is just right but cos I do not eat a lot before feeling full. There can be an option to add on more noodles for customers. I saw the lady putting all yellow noodles into my bowl and politely requested if I could half to be her hoon. I apologised to which she said it was alright. I saw her smiling and waving to an old lady in the wheelchair and asking why she has not seen her for some time. It is nice to see someone truly enjoying her work in the service sector. I frequent this cos I cannot find a nearby place for nice Satay bee hoon and EAT. has managed to provided consistent lor mee, laksa and satay bee hoon taste throughout all its outlets. These dishes need lots of ingredients in its gravy and efforts in cooking. I hope that these food items can stay on its menu forever.

I have been a regular customer of this branch. Seen so many staff come and go... However this guy stand out from the rest. He give a good portion of food. Very efficient and clean. When there's no customer he will start clearing the trays, dirty plates, bowls from the collection trolley, Clean the table and washed the cutlery and top up the cutlery tray. The stall feels clean and neat. Good job.i have observed that the 2 gals taking care of this outlet is very hard working as well now they keep the place neat, clean and tidy Good job gals

To anyone reading this, you might encounter a similar situation — and honestly, it was quite an unpleasant experience for something as simple as ordering food. 🥴 The young lady who took my order appeared to be having a 'bad day' and seemed to only accept very straightforward orders with no requests. When I politely asked if it was possible to have a bit of extra gravy, I was surprised by her response: “If like that I give you less meehoon lor.” As a customer, I wasn’t being unreasonable and that reply felt unnecessary. The tone and attitude gave me the impression that she did not care about how she spoke to me. I do not know if the management would really look into her customer service standards, as such interactions really affect the overall dining experience. We always do our best to maintain mutual respect, regardless of who we are speaking to. However, when that same respect is not shown by your staff, it naturally creates a negative experience for customers.

The worst eat outlet I ever encountered. Yes fish mall is good. But the 2 Myanmar girl not only rude they can't cook the noodles, is dried, horrible. Had a rude tone from the pony tail . Very unhappy to work. No garnishment.. better to shut this outlet for good.

I recently dined at EAT and tried their satay bee hoon priced at $6. The experience left me with mixed feelings. On the positive side, the dish was reasonably priced, offering a budget-friendly option for those looking for a quick bite. However, the flavor of the satay bee hoon fell short of expectations. The satay sauce lacked the depth and richness that I associate with this dish, making it taste somewhat bland. The noodles were cooked well, but the overall taste did not stand out. The ambiance at EAT was casual, and the service was prompt, which added to the convenience of the meal. The staff was friendly and accommodating, creating a pleasant atmosphere. In summary, EAT provides an affordable dining option with quick service, but improvements in the flavor profile of certain dishes, including the satay bee hoon, would enhance the overall dining experience. I appreciate the budget-friendly aspect but hope for more robust flavors in the future.
