Food is just below average. The food serving is fast but taste is below average. Even chicken chop tasted super meh. The soup was so starchy, and bland. There is a waiter (the only male serving in the restaurant) that is super rude - eyes on his head. Instead of serving our dish and place it on the table, he just wait for us to fetch the dish from his hand. Even after we did gesture whose dish it belongs to. We have to wave many times to get attention for our drinks serving but we were being ignored many times. The restaurant is not even busy.

Had a most pleasant dining experience at lunch today. It started with Diane acknowledging us who were standing at the entrance, waiting to be seated, even though she was busy serving tables. That made us feel welcomed and sets her apart from many servers in other F&B outlets who would have ignored us given the same situation and would only attend to us when they are finally available for a minute. Then we got help from Jamie, the manager who not only patiently explained some menu options to us but offered to help take our order too, after noting our slight hesitation in doing it online. She was all smiles and pleasant throughout our interaction. We could tell she was very busy then as the restaurant was full and she had other customers to attend to and her staff to manage. We also noted that she treats her staff with respect and coaches them in an assertive but approachable manner. Thoroughly impressed with the excellent service provided by both staff above and would definitely return again for more meals in future.

Ordered the chicken chop with wagyu beef cube under promo, with add-on set (iced mocha and lobster bisque), total around $30 after gst and service charge. The beef cube is over-cooked, the chicken is lukewarm, doesn't feel like it is freshly grilled. The soup tastes stale, the accompany bread is bad. The iced mocha tastes diluted as well. To be honest, everything i tasted is quite subpar. Considering its price, i think some coffeeshop or hawker western food taste better and offers better value.

Had a great dining experience at COLLIN'S @ PLQ Mall. Service was quick and efficient, and the food arrived promptly. Everything was well prepared and delicious, but the Brussels sprouts were definitely the highlight of the meal—perfectly roasted and packed with flavor. Great place for a satisfying Western meal. Will definitely be back!

The Seafood Medley was the highlight of the meal, but the Grill Trio Feast and steak were underwhelming — average at best. What truly marred the experience, however, was the service. Our waitress was curt and visibly disinterested, and she incorrectly added an extra main to our order. When we flagged it, she insisted — with clear impatience — that we had ordered it. Rather than escalate the dispute at the end of a long day, I let it go, but it left a sour impression. The soups arrived lukewarm, and to cap it off, the cashier was inattentive at the till — visibly distracted and chatting with a colleague while processing our bill. Looking through other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated issue. I’d genuinely encourage management to take the pattern of service feedback seriously. For anyone considering a visit, I’d recommend tempering expectations on the service front, or waiting until there are signs things have improved.
