There’s a new stall that’s worth a try but prepare for long waiting if cooking needs to be done. Ordered the spicy beef roti but require to wait as cooking needs to be done and waited for like 15-20 mins. It’s nice to eat this hot and recommend to try this.

Super unhygienic stall owner. Ordered a spinach soup beehoon from Banmian stall. She had a piece of beehoon lingering and her bare hand touched the beehoon when she moved the bowl. I've asked her to remove the piece but she flipped the beehoon into the soup. She argued rudely that it didn't touch the table, which is not the point. I told her she touched the food barehanded, but she kept arguing. Super bad experience. Do not go there, too unhygienic and rude.

If you're looking for a comfortable and affordable lunch near Paya Lebar, this is a solid choice. The variety of halal stalls provides plenty of choices, and the air-conditioned environment makes it a much better experience than a traditional open-air hawker center. While the food is consistent and the prices are fair, it serves best as a convenient neighborhood or workplace staple.

Just walked past the B1 food court at Paya Lebar Square today and was pleasantly surprised to see that it has undergone a major renovation. The space now feels much cleaner, brighter, and more inviting, with what seems like a wider variety of food options compared to before. I decided to give it another try. I ordered the minced beef with egg rice from one of the Thai stalls. While I would’ve preferred the traditional minced pork (which isn’t available as the stall is Halal-certified), the dish was still decent. The flavor was mild—not too spicy—which I appreciated. Overall, a good experience and worth revisiting.

Ordered Tom yum ban Mian. Taste was alright but soup had egg shell bits and hardly any minced meat!
