We visited Cafe Moshikomu after a vet appointment because we were really hungry and saw that the place had quite good reviews. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I’ll break this review into three parts: environment, service, and food. Environment: The cafe is very small and cramped, and it was also quite cold during our visit. The power even went out twice while we were there. For somewhere positioning itself as a cafe, I personally didn’t find the space very comfortable for sitting down and having a proper cafe experience. We also went upstairs, where they sell puppies. There were only about five puppies when we visited, and to me they appeared rather subdued, which didn’t leave a particularly good impression. I didn’t visit the kitten area, so I can’t comment on that. Service: The male staff member who greeted us was warm and friendly, and you could tell he genuinely likes dogs. He immediately interacted with and petted our dogs — although personally, I think it would be better to ask the owner for permission first. That said, I do want to give credit where it’s due: he made a genuine effort to be hospitable and welcoming. Unfortunately, that was probably the strongest part of our experience. Food: This was where I was most disappointed — not because the food was completely inedible, but because the quality simply did not match the prices being charged. The cappuccino arrived first. Instead of properly textured milk being incorporated into the espresso, it looked like milk foam had simply been placed on top. For the price of the coffee, I expected much better milk steaming and coffee preparation. The carbonara came next. The overall presentation and taste gave me the impression that many of the components were pre-prepared rather than freshly made. The pasta itself was also hard — beyond what I would consider al dente. The chicken and tater tots came last, after quite a long wait. I understand there appeared to be only one person working in the kitchen, but the tater tots and side vegetables didn’t feel like the standard I would expect from a cafe at this price point. The one positive was that the chicken was actually quite well marinated. Overall, I think the biggest issue is that the business needs to be clearer about what it wants to focus on. If the main business is selling puppies and kittens, then perhaps focus on doing that well. If you want to call yourself a cafe and charge cafe prices, then customers will naturally come in expecting a certain standard of coffee, food, environment and preparation. Trying to combine a pet shop, puppy-selling space and cafe is not necessarily a bad idea, but the cafe side still needs to stand on its own. It’s unfortunate because the staff were genuinely nice and welcoming, but based on the overall experience and food quality, I personally wouldn’t return.

Aircon was cold and cooled us down real quick. Nice place to have drinks and hold good conversations. Drinks have good portions too.

We tried the aglio aglio pasta, the chicken n tarter tots and waffles ice cream. All foods r so yummy! Best chicken steak ever! So tender! N best of all, they allow pets indoor. Thumbs up to the cafe management.

I was really impressed by the friendly staff, especially Harry, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Had a great time spending time with the pets and the food was great too. Overall, a really enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

We had waffle & bacon with chicken taters and coffee, place is cozy and comfortable, we saw pet are allowed inside and staff are engaging with them as like an guest, we really loved the place , Food is awesome, coffee was fantastic, staff is always ready to help you and listening your taste prefrence, they sell puppies as well, they are really very cute and kept very clean . Cafe management is really doing great job, i would love to come back here again with my friends and family. I recommend this cafe if you looking better place for your pet while having your food.
