Read the the average reviews and I thought, this place is going to be meh but turned out pretty decent. What was meh was the air con. It was pathetic, I saw several patrons using handheld fans. I'm not sure if it's the fault of the mall or it's Attap House so I'm giving 2 stars for atmosphere. I ordered the famous chicken cutlet and based on the reviews I was expecting a ton of batter with a very thin piece of chicken. The batter was there but the chicken was actually not that thin. As what MJ said in Spiderman, “If you expect disappointment, then you can never really get disappointed.” I had zero expectations and I wasn't disappointed. Taste-wise the chicken was bland though but having the mushroom sauce it better. The size was huge so 2 people can comfortably share and make this dish an absolute value for money gem.

Decent food but great service. Didn't have to wait long for order to be served on a Saturday lunch hour. However, the waffle was a little over and tasted more like biscuit. The ice cream topping can be better (personally preferred more creamy ice-cream).

It wasn’t crowded even though it was the weekend. Despite reading some mixed Google reviews, I still decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it was a little disappointing. The chicken cutlet was heavily coated with flour and the chicken itself was very thin. The hor fun had a nice wok hei, but it was overly salty. I hope the team can review this, as I noticed I’m not the only one who mentioned the saltiness. On a positive note, the staff were friendly. If the food quality improves, I believe this place could definitely attract more customers.

Absolutely and terribly disappointed. I ordered the Hainanese Pork Chop Rice and this was one of the most disappointing meals I had in a long time. First, I waited almost 30 minutes for the food. After waiting that long, you would expect the dish to at least look decent or resemble what was shown on the menu. Instead, it seemed like my order had probably been forgotten because the food suddenly appeared within about a minute after I asked the staff about it. What arrived looked nothing like the menu. There were no vegetables, no proper condiments, and barely anything on the plate apart from rice, a few thin strips of pork chop and a pool of bland sauce. I even paid extra to add an egg and the dish still looked this sad. The worst part was the sauce. This dish is sold as Hainanese Pork Chop Rice but the sauce was not Hainanese sauce at all. It was not sweet, not tangy and completely missing the essence of what the dish should be. It tasted like canned baked bean sauce. When I asked the staff, they admitted that it was indeed baked bean sauce. They still tried to cover that it was sweet and sour sauce and they added ketchup to the baked bean sauce like fo man So to be clear, this place is selling something called Hainanese pork chop rice using baked bean sauce from a can, serving a plate that looks nothing like the photo, and making customers wait half an hour for it. This was an insult to the dish, an insult to customers and a waste of money

Food is not tasty. Cutlet is just bland chicken with flour. Fries just not up to it. U don’t really taste the potatoes. Service is below standard. Served waffle that is not heated up and you expect the two slices of butter to melt? Ok you took it away after we informed you but the waffle never came back until we asked for it. You have to get your act together, not here to play games, chat among yourselves etc.
