Tried the Spicy Chicken Don at A-Lan Japanese Cuisine & Juice Bar in Kinex and was pleasantly surprised. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and coated in a delicious spicy sauce, with a generous portion of rice. The miso soup was a nice complement to the meal. Service was quick, prices were reasonable, and the food was satisfying. Great spot for a tasty and affordable Japanese meal. Will definitely be back!

I usually order the nanban chicken set which hardly fails. I tried the mentai katsu last time and gave feedback that there wasn’t enough mentaiko sauce and it seems like they listened this time. 🙏 Give it a try !! The katsu used for the mentai katsu is slightly larger than the one used for the nanban chicken btw.

12.90 for this set, it's a little expensive but considering it's a full set with soup fruits and side dishs maybe it's worth? The tofu is quite pathetically small piece, chicken is crispy, nanban sauce goes well with the chicken.

We ordered three portions of food for dinner tonight. The chicken don was quite good. My pork ramen was a bit diluted. Overall good service with friendly staff who did his best with recommendations. Food arrived quite quickly too. Thank you.

Most of the time I ordered takeaway. This is my go-to place to order quick and easy Japanese food since its so near my home. Food is also filling and their all delicious! Even after so many times ordering from them, I haven't had any complaints.
