L32 Handmade Noodle is seriously good! One of the best ban mian noodle spots I've tried, hands down. I absolutely love their dry version. It's a must-order every time I'm there. That said, their soup version is excellent too. Tip: There's almost always a long queue, so come during non-peak hours if you want to avoid the wait. Highly recommended!

L32 Handmade noddles is located at the corner shop of Geylang Lorong 32. This handmade noddle is very popular and usually packed with customers during lunch peaked hours. This handmade noddle is one of the nicer stalls in Singapore. The soup is really nice and tasty. I will recommend you guys to try if you are around Geylang area.

This eatery draws long queues of customers especially at night. I came by for a late lunch at 4pm on a Friday and there were 3 ahead of me. They have a variety of La mian noodles to choose from - Yiu mian, ban mian, Mee hoon kueh which you can choose if you want the dry or soup version. At the front of the stall, you can choose your toppings: pork, chicken, pork balls, fish, fish head, prawns to go with your noodles. Portions start from $6. I ordered the pork ball option which canes with minced meat, some cai xin, an egg cracked into the bowl after the bowl is plated. It was topped with a crispy fried anchioves and fried shallots. The anchioves added crunch and umami to the bowl. You can also buy a small container of the fried anchovies for $1.50. You can ask for additional vegetables and noodles at extra cost. I found my base order to be sufficient for one and it filled me up nicely. The mee hoon kueh was quite a bit and it filled me up. The soup was tasty and I finished the whole bowl. If you are dining in, just place your order, pay and give you table number. The staff will serve the bowl to your table when it is ready. Tables are along the five foot way and at a sheltered area just along the side road. If dining alone, you may need to share tables during peak hours. Try it! 😋👍🏼

Another great find. Bian mian + Wu Xiang prawn crackers a great combi. A nice alternative for Beach Road find. Good customer service with no air. Coffeeshop can be quite crowded especially lunch hours. Down side is It’s limited parking space.
