Have a nostalgic coffee bread set.. wanton mee feels old school the noodle could have been over cook. Taste wise still good. Nasi lemak rice was a disappointment is does not have the lemak taste but auntie’s chicken wings are good she make sure they are fried fresh hot Even fried the eggs fresh when I order the Nasi lemak.. the stall sells mee siam and also Curry Beef which was good.. will be back to try the chai fan & auntie’s mee siam the next round… 🫶 nowadays outside already practise self collect.. but the coffeeshop uncles & aunties still make us sit and want to serve us.. which I felt we could help them save more time to take ourselves.. probably they feel stress we stand there and watch n wait for our food 😆😆😆

This legendary shop has everything you need for a good and affordable and generous portion meal. Toast, economy bee boon, nasi lemak, wan tan mee and mixed rice. The mixed rice curry is good as well. The price offered by each stall is affordable and you can probably feed two people for $10.

Old vibes Coffeeshop along Geylang. The kaya and butter toasts were really thin and crispy. The coffee and tea were really good too.

It’s my first time to Singapore and I knew I had to try Kaya toast and I’m glad I picked this spot to try it! Definitely a locals shop but the cashier was friendly and didn’t make me feel unwelcome, it is cash only though! I got the breakfast set and it was delicious, lots of Kay and butter on my toast, my kopi was delicious, and my husband got some sort of stir fried noodles with an egg that he loved also. I was a little surprised that the eggs were soft boiled but I enjoyed eating them with my toast! The seating was very full but a nice couple at a big table was nice enough to let us share with them. I’d definitely come back for a breakfast set!

Really one of the better traditional breakfast around SG. The bread was well toasted and their Kaya is unique which you know it’s home made. Coffee was good too and I think for $4.20, it’s really worth it. What I also like is the vibes here that made you feel like you are in JB. Just chilling and vehicle watching. They have other stalls too and I tried the $3 mee siam which reminds me of the primary school meesiam.
