Homemade Springroll at Old Airport Road Hawker Centre delivers a solid popiah experience. The popiah skin was light and delicate, holding everything together perfectly without being too thick. What really stood out was the generous filling—packed with flavorful ingredients yet well-balanced, never overly wet or soggy. Each bite was fresh, delicious, and satisfying, making it a great snack or light meal option. I got it as a takeaway option and it was so good.

As what other reviewers have mentioned, the garlic taste is quite strong, possibly because the garlic is over roasted, which leaves a bitter aftertaste. The homemade popiah skin is soft. I did think that the portion of eggs given was too little, in comparison to other stalls. What I did like is that their radish is a little drier, which means the skin does not break easily.

Went to old airport road hawker for dinner. Chance upon this homemade spring roll shop . Not bad and quite worth it too . Popiah skin is delicious and the filling too.

Skin is soft, turnip is slightly on the dry side and packed really tightly. Egg crumbs were a bit little, could have done with more. Stall is generous with the fried garlic. While it boosted the fragrance of the popiah, it's slightly too much and overpowered the taste of the turnip. Fried garlic might have been overcooked too, leaving a bitter aftertaste.

Decent popiah, decently made taste ok nothing special. $2.50
