Craving for beef noodles? Hock Lam Street Popular Beef Noodles is the place to go to. Satisfying thick beef sauce over the rice noodles topped with tender beef parts, celery, pickled vegetables & minced peanuts. Cost $6.50 per bowl. The beef intestines are well cleaned & braised to the right softness. Heavenly matched with the Chilli sauce & shrimp paste. Good to the very last bite with a slight herbal aftertaste. The soup is tad too sweet for my liking though. Stall is located on the far left end of the old airport road food centre along old airport road.

Much-heralded beef kway teow stall at Old Airport Road Food Centre. The flavour and texture of the beef, noodles and gravy is on point. You’d probably want to order the bigger-sized portion if you’re feeling hungry.

This is the best Beef Noodles I had. The soup is very smooth. Seems there is herb in it. Had the Beef Tendon. Tendon is cooked until very soft like jelly.

Walked past this stall many times and finally decided to give this beef noodle stall a try. Order the dry version with both meatball and sliced beef which was SGD$5. Nice flavour and the thick gravy goes well with the thick vermicelli. The lime does cut through the richness of the gravy and the crushed peanuts does give it a good texture.

MUST TRY!!! A bit pricey but the quality is GOOD! Always go for the dry 'big' Bee Hoon mixed beef combo! $6.50 is what I paid. Fair value for money! Can also always ask for a larger bowl of complimentary soup if you so desire.
