First visit to this place. The roast pork is phenomenal. Different from the Chinese style using salt but super crispy. It might be the best I have tried. Tapa Beef was sweet and nice. Slightly spicy. A bit oily though. Pork Belly Sinagang - I always find sinagang very sour. Their version is balanced. Not too sour. Pork Belly Sisig. This was quite salty. You also have to make sure to stir it when presented in order to prevent burning. All in all I like this place. The service was polite and nice. You do have to get some things yourself like water and cutlery but their food is pretty authentic.

I’m very picky when it comes to food because I know how to cook—it’s one of my passions. Of course, I couldn’t make my own meals since I’m on holiday, but this place definitely did not disappoint. This is one of the best lechon I’ve ever tasted, and it was also my first time trying lechon Bicol Express—which is a big plus for me since I love dishes with coconut milk. The flavors were rich, well-balanced, and truly memorable. I highly recommend this Filipino restaurant if you’re looking for authentic lechon with a unique twist. The quality, taste, and presentation were all excellent. Kudos to the owner and the chef for such an amazing dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back! This is a must-try Filipino restaurant in Singapore!

Not actually within Grandlink Square but along the side of the building fronting the canal and jogging path. Outdoor seating under a marquee with maybe capacity for maximum 25 - 30 pax. Rustic to say the least, but very idyllic ( when the weather cooperates of course). The chopped belly lechon comes in large fatty chunks with their signature thick crackling exterior. Have tried on several occasions at both their locations but with varying degrees of consistency. Some days the crackling is perfectly crispy while other days it can be dehydrated and hard. Understandable since properly rendering the fat at the right temperature can be an arcane art. Their lechon sisig, however is always consistently. The meat is chopped into nicely sized chunks with just the right mix and amount of meat, fatty and crackling bits. I always ask for more of that green lechon sauce (not sure what it's called!) which I then liberally mix into sisig to add another layer of taste. Not exactly cheap at $13 but a price I'd gladly pay for this taste explosion! I would rate the belly lechon a 4 at best but the sisig gets an unequivocal 5 stars.

I have ordered Milkfish belly sinigang soup and chopped lechon meal. It was not the same as what I have expected. The Lechon pork’s meat is hard and did not even melt in my mouth. The milkfish got some smell and the soup too sour.

The food arrived on time & freshly cooked as always. Lechon meat is succulent and skin is crunchy~ Looking forward to order next time! Cheers! 🍻🍻🍻
