loved their lunch specials. very reasonable for its price point and taste. come by 12pm to have your seats, especially if you come in a group above 4. absolutely love their side dishes and their mains are great too! toufu stew is comforting and piping hot, rice portion is alot and frankly I don't see how you'll have more than 2 refills of their side dishes especially if you come in pairs. seafood pancake is great but this time the pancake batter was not very crispy so it kinda felt a little lacklustre. previous times they were abit more crispier. would still order and recommend. the reviews about the host/cashier being rude, I guess some do be like that but generally all the service crew are nice if you treat them nicely too. they're here to serve you food, not your maid😄.
View on GoogleCame here during lunch and tried their ttukbaegi bulgogi, yukgaejang and buchu jeon. Wow got to say this is THE AUTHENTIC korean restaurant ive been looking for in the CBD area. Really great food and great, friendly service from the korean bosses! I see that the male boss himself prepares the food in the kitchen so you do not have to doubt their authenticity and taste. I really loved their radish + seaweed banchan! It was soo unique and special. Will be back! Thank you for the delicious meal!!
View on GoogleAlways thought the food is expensive so have never dine there even though it is just next to my office. Today saw the lunch special advert when I walked pass to avoid the rain. For the bulgogi set, it was at $11 (U.P. $14), comes with rice, tea and 5 refillable side dishes. Considered value for money and taste good too.
View on GoogleLove love their KFC (korean fried chicken)! Hubby loves sweet and spicy and I love soy and garlic. We used to order 1 flavour on alternate visits to satisfy the other’s preference but on our last visit decided why not order 1 each, lol. These coupled with some soju and we are happy! We’ve also tried their sundubu, army stew and stonepot bibimbap before and all are solid dishes too. Banchan selection is a lot and very yummy too! Restaurant looks to be operated by a Korean husband and wife team who always greet customers happily upon entering and leaving. Decor is not fancy but we come here for the food.👍😊
View on Googleit's my second visit to this restaurant and some things never change – your bad service. before finalising our orders, i've asked your wait staff if the side dishes are free flow, twice. they said yes. however, by the third time i've asked for refills, they said this will be the last time as i've already asked for it twice. can you kindly educate your staff on what ✨free flow✨ means? i'm attaching the meaning of ✨free flow✨ for your reference so you don’t have to look it up — unlike the effort put into your service 💁♀️ i asked again whether it was free flow, and they said "only dinner is free flow, not lunch". why was it not communicated properly in the beginning then? 💀 we would totally accept the answer "it's refillable up to two times"???? anyway, first visit was already a total letdown, and the second didn’t surprise me at all 🤡
