View on GoogleGot the Butter Chicken, garlic naan, mango lassi. I think it was around 39$ after all charges. Taste wise, it was amazing. I could taste the grill in the chicken gravy, very garlicky, the naan had fresh garlic over it and it was very good, chicken was extremely tender and flavourful. However! The prices are portions are insane! It's tiny! For $22 for a small bowl, maybe 7 pieces of chicken. 1 naan for 4-6$. I thought that I couldn't finish it when I saw the price, thought it was to share with multiple people, but consider me "relieved" when I saw it come out. The saving grace is the taste, because the price lowered my enjoyment.
View on GoogleGreat food. Enjoyed a fresh, tasty meal here this evening. Onion bhaji, samosa, chicken tikka, chicken vindaloo, garlic naan bread. Would definitely recommend
View on GoogleThis restaurant serves a wide variety of northern Indian food. Their naans are delicious and not burnt. It goes great with their chicken curries, especially the mustard leaves one, though the latter was slightly saltier than preferred. The service is excellent, with friendly and knowledgeable staff, eager to share and explain each dish.
View on GoogleTwo days ago I visited Sonas grill at about 10pm. The restaurant was about to shut but the kind attendant allowed me in and served me a meal of my choice. I really liked the Biryani. The portion size was substantial. In terms of taste it was quite good. Ambience was also quite good. The most impactful part of this restaurant was the attendant who was welcoming and courteous. If you like Indian food and are around Tanjung Pagar, I recommend this restaurant.
