First time trying their signature Acai bowl. Surprised taste was smooth, pleasant and refreshing. Not sourish like some. Quite generous in the fruits and toppings. Will try again defintely. Thank you for the pleasant staff that serve us politely. Lets learn to be kind to one another. Taste and liking is very subjective.

Traveled to Tanjong Pagar Guoco tower outlet to get my aĉai fixed on 17th Oct 2025. Was looking thru the menu and noticed the female staff staring weirdy towards my direction, it's ok maybe that's how her facial expression is like. Ordered the medium fruity bowl with cookie butter sauce, it was done in about 2 - 3 minutes. My partner and I took our order and proceeded elsewhere to have a quick bite, to our amazed we realised that the staff was so stingy and only gave all bananas rather than the usual fruits like strawberries, blueberry etc which we had ate from other outlets before. Acai tasted abit off compared to other outlets as well. Will not support again

Yummy açai bowl. Got the classic buy one get one free deal. So 2x large ones for $14.9. Ate one right away. Surprised how frozen the açai was, but still tasted nice. Got one back to the office and brought it home to have as part of dinener. Not quite as fresh but still good. Had to put it in the fridge and freezer in between meals.

This indian bespectacled lady 😍 worked for randy boss for almost 3 years since the start at takashimaya? I remember I patronised 2023 after pandemic times..i was served by monotonous service of a big size Chinese male ... who happens to be the boss? Mr Randy.. In contrast She seems humble and so much joy in service...She always address me : "sir " many times.. Despite some bad feedbacks i guess by other staffs, I give this outlet a try.. For a large size at 14.90 , seems portions is rather small. Taste is not sugary and its thick composition of chia seeds... Leave a feedback and get a free toppings i wonder how it works...
