Earl grey milk tea super watered down, can't take it. Wintermelon tea - asked for no ice, cannot be done as it's a promo item, asked whether can just give less drink as long as no ice, also can't be done. Used to like their drinks, now I don't see the allure.

Good service by the staff. Very friendly! Tried the strawberry latte. Tastes good even though it is just strawberries with fresh milk. The cup is cute too.

Very pathetic and highly unprofessional behavior by the staff (or I should say a single guy). Not sure who hired him but I had a very poor customer experience. The staff was not at all responsive. I waited for 10-15 minutes but he didn't bother to take my order even after asking for 2 times. I came back after 30 minutes and he rudely said that the shop is closed around 8.20 pm. Is this how you behave with your customers?

Very friendly and attentive staff especially miss Lady as she is always the one i see in this Liho outlet. They may seem to always be understaffed but they always get the job done. Always a pleasure getting my milk tea and coffee fix from this outlet. Keep it up! 💯

Come here every Sunday for my “comfort” drink. It was always other staff. The recent two times I came (9th and 15th Oct), this different staff by the name of Bernard, was really interesting. I mean, he is really patient and explained to me in details as once again (so many times) Liho changed its menu. I never met a boba milk tea staff so generous in sharing his knowledge about the types of beverages available and made few different suggestions based on what I enquired on. My first time attended by him (lunch time of 9th Oct), I was really impressed as there was at least 4 or 5 others behind me in the queue. I never felt pressured or give. Impression that I was annoying with my questions. He has his magical way of making me calm (knowing it’s lunch time and few other customers waiting to order). Best of all, he got what I wanted. Today (15th Oct) is my 2nd time seeing this staff. He was alone, no crowd or queue. He was once again very patient and even guided me using the app as there are different items available only in the LIIHO app for members as well as mobile-order function etc…. He must be a senior staff as he was on the branch all alone. I mean, my opinion is that usually senior staff would appear easily agitated or impatient when customers ask questions. He wish him all the best in his career and well-being…. LIHO could really do much better with a few more Bernards…. 😉 Truly enjoyed these two LIHO experiences…
