I ordered grilled dory but it came fried. When I asked if it was grilled or fried, they insisted it was grilled. Also had bought the chicken pasta which came out like a watery sloppy mess. Taste extremely poor as well. Consider this my last time visiting Hans

Horfun sauce didn't had any garlic so tasted quite plain. Burger was made with all the premade items that you can buy at ntuc. Fries tasted good but was cold. Waited for a while even thou the restaurant was pretty empty. Price was on the higher side and doesn't really justify the quality.

To a meal I can only describe as to solely satiate my hunger, I felt compelled to leave this review because of the ‘Mini Lo Hei’ which costed $16.80. Starting of with what I liked about the dish: portion was acceptable (not to be confused with large, just acceptable). The 4-5 mini pieces of smoked salmon on it is sized as photographed. The ingredients were totally out of proportion and the dish is very spice-forward. For a dish that costed $16.80, I’d say I’ll gladly pay $5 at max for it. Burger I had was dry and tough, but that’s what I get for paying $7.80 for a burger. Can’t complain there.

Hate to give 1-star review but this needs attention. $13 set meal comes with a soup but the soup is definitely the worst I ever had in my life. Nothing unpleasant hits close to this. Soup was watery, diluted and milky. Not the usual pleasant savoury cream mushroom soup. Forget about the taste, tummy aches the entire night I went home - including multiple toilet visits. Definitely subpar cleanliness of food preparation if this is the after experience.

16 May 2025 update: Waited for more than 30 minutes after ordering before realising staff forgot about my order. This is unacceptable!!!!! The Chicken Chop that finally arrived also tasted as hard as a rock!!!!! 17 July 2023 update: No queue when arrived to order. However queue formed after. Staff were efficient and smooth. Didn't wait long to receive my order. 23 May 2023 - Arrived just before lunch time, so there was no crowd. Ordering was quick and so was the food preparation. As for food quality, it was the same as previous visits.
