Here on a Good Friday morning. The male counter staff who’s also making the coffee gotta be one of the rudest staff I’ve met. Just because I wanted to order separately from my friend, he had to remark walau, shook his head incessantly and sighed so loudly. Not sure why I’m paid money to receive such an attitude.

A local place - chee cheong is so bad. Such a simple dish, on dark sauce???. This is atrocious!. You just spoilt a simple local dish.

Ordered the Ondeh Ondeh Toast set for $6.30. Came with two small soft buns with a thin layer of ondeh layering + some coconut flakes, 2 eggs and one small drink for that price. Didn't let me use cashless payment even though my order exceeded $5 😅 not a big issue since i do have cash, but appalled that in the CBD area they can still operate so backwards-ly. Asked for just a small half-cup of warm water so i can take my medicine, but the staff rudely dismissed me away and said if i want water i need to pay no matter how much water i ask for. Not questioning their policy but the rudeness was uncalled for. Overall really 1 star for food quality and portion, service, and atmosphere. Utterly disappointed.

We ordered the set number 3 plus a cup of coffee (total $7.40). Very surprised that they only accept cash payment. Not sure if this is the common practice for all their branches now, but I remembered I paid using credit card at their Suntec City branch previously. The customer behind me cancelled his orders because he did not have enough cash to pay. Food was average. Their staff was friendly and nice.

Reasonably fine for tea break in CBD . Not exactly clean
