The ingredients were fresh—juicy cherry tomatoes, crunchy lettuce, and nicely roasted pumpkin. The chicken was tender and flavourful, paired well with the rice.

Usually I go for a sandwich, but today I decided to try the mushroom soup. The color already looked quite different, so I double-checkedand was told it was correct. Unfortunately, the taste was more like carrot or pumpkin, with only a few small mushroom slices added. Calling this “mushroom soup” feels misleading, honestly, it tasted more like carrot soup. I was quite hungry, and while the cashier mentioned that their mushroom soup includes carrot 🙄, this was far from what you’d expect. Also, I asked for the bread to be toasted, but it was just slightly heated—not toasted at all. Overall, a disappointing experience.

No bagels to serve. Then… 1 long white hair strand on my gourmet BLT sandwich. Staff say “it’s only a piece of vegetables” they did not changed the sandwich. I closed my eyes trust she was correct. Secondly, me eating it to last bite there was a curly hair in between bacon and tomato. See photo attached. See also the staff not wearing any hair nets and food is openly expose without any covers. Fazleni manager is on leave i think she needs to be back to fix and coach her staff how to apologize on this disgusting food. Eat well be well gone wrong. Definitely not trusting this store again

The sandwiches are average. The chicken avocado sandwich is worst. I found a long black hair in my sandwich in my 3rd visit. The staffs look unhappy every day. They are not welcoming. One of them is rude. Not recommended this place.

Good food! Love chicken avo sandwich. Healthy choices! Sadly always run out of soup. Everytime Buns only left 1 or 2 choice. Updates : i love their pulled beef sandwich. Now there is a New Focaccia sandwich menu
