Very unpleasant service. Ordered a flat white and clarified that the default is single shot, so I topped up $1 for an extra shot. Was charged wrong the first time but after refunding, I was almost charged wrong again the second time. But this is a small issue. After I placed my order I told the male staff I wanted to have it here, implying I don’t want it to be in a paper cup, however his attitude was very cold and he could not hear me until I repeated the third time. Again, maybe my voice was too soft and the cafe was noisy but the attitude of asking “huh?” wasn’t very nice. The coffee was served in a paper cup. And despite all the Google review photos mine came with improperly frothed milk and no latte art. Most importantly it was very bitter and did not taste good despite the $6.50 price tag. But the worst part of the experience was when I witnessed a delivery rider inquiring about his order, and he was shouted at by the female staff. I overheard the entire conversation, and the rider was asking politely whether the shop received his order, but female staff lashed out at him. I decided to walk out of the shop after this experience and safe to say I will not return.
View on GoogleReally cozy and chill cafe with great food and friendly staff! Tried the Mazesoba and hot chocolate and both were great:) Definitely do try the Mazesoba if you're a fan of QQ noodles! Only downside of the place are the disposable cutleries. If not, everything else is great! 100% worth a try if you're in the area!
View on GoogleTried the crispy chicken kolo mee and the classic kolo mee. Both were alright, though the noodles were slightly overcooked and a little too soft for my liking. The flavours were decent and the portions were reasonable. Service was alright and the food was served quite quickly.
View on GoogleOrdered the Iced hojicha latte and Crispy Chicken cutlet kolo mee. Both were really good!! Price for the kolo mee was surprisingly low for somewhere in the middle of tanjong pagar. Other than the food overall ambiance and vibes of the place was really cozy! Would recommend and definitely visit again.
View on GoogleThe smoked duck kolo mee is soso good. The duck is perfect and so tender and so wows. The portion size is so big as well and I love the citrus peach it is so refreshing and bombz
