Daily Cut is one of my go-to lunch spots and I probably order it at least once a week. What I love most is that the menu changes with the seasons, so there’s always something new to look forward to. Despite being a healthy meal option, everything is packed with flavour and never feels boring. The sauces deserve a special mention too — they really bring the whole bowl together. My personal favourite is the Purple Smash, which is unfortunately a seasonal item. Every time it’s available, I make sure to get it. Fresh ingredients, great flavours, and plenty of variety make Daily Cut a place I keep coming back to.

I visited The Daily Cut at Raffles Place around 4pm today, not busy hour and was quite disappointed by the service. When my order was ready, the staff member called my number so quietly that it was difficult to hear. I stood by the empty space next to the food preparationarea. It's assuming that was where I should collect my food, but instead of simply telling me where to go, she pointed at my food with her chin and just said, “Front.” The whole interaction felt unnecessarily unfriendly and dismissive. Not busy hour why she acted like that to me? Also, I had clearly selected takeaway when placing my order, but my food was simply left at the pickup counter without a plastic bag. If a bag needed to be purchased separately, I would have appreciated being told at the cashier so I could pay for it then. Instead, only when I asked about the bag was I told that I had to purchase one separately. Even the comment also not kind at all. Good food is important, but so is basic courtesy. Perhaps because this outlet is in a busy office area and has a steady stream of customers, service standards may not seem like a priority — but customers still deserve to be treated politely. If the manager sees this, I hope you will consider clearly marking the food collection area and providing some refresher training on customer service. A little friendliness and clear communication would make a big difference.

If you’re looking for a delicious salad with a good portion, this is the place to go. The only downside is that it’s always crowded and there is usually a long queue. But the taste is definitely worth it!

The food is really tasty and healthy, so different from the usual oily food in other places! 👍🏻 Staff are all so friendly and helpful, especially patient when asked questions and current number called, will definitely come again next time! 😊❤️

Been having The Daily Cut for a few days in a row and I’m still not sick of it 🤤 Their mashed sweet potato + chicken breast combo is so good. The chicken breast is surprisingly tender and juicy, not dry at all, and full of flavour. Pair it with the sesame ginger sauce and it’s just perfect. 😍
