An interesting and nicely decorated restaurant that's conveniently located just outside Telok Ayer MRT. It serves super value-for-money Sichuan cuisine in a very cozy setting. It also offers curated cocktail to match their theme. It is definitely a pity to learn that their last day at this venue will be on 18Mar2026 as the whole building will be demolished. Do stay tuned and look out for their new reopening in that vicinity!! Strongly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for both local and tourists!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

If you enjoy Sichuan cuisine, Sichuan Alley at Telok Ayer is definitely worth a visit. The menu features a good variety of classic and modern Sichuan dishes, and many of them stand out for their bold flavours and thoughtful presentation. What I really appreciate is that the dishes here feel a little different from the typical Sichuan outlets around town — there’s a bit more creativity without losing the essence of the cuisine. The noodles, in particular, are a highlight for me. They have a refreshing, well-balanced flavour profile with just the right amount of spice and tang, making them an enjoyable alternative to the heavier or oilier versions you might find elsewhere. If you’re a noodle lover, this is something you shouldn’t miss. Not everything hits the same high notes, though. The fish dish was average — decent but nothing memorable, especially compared to the other stronger dishes on the menu. The fried dumplings can also be skipped; they felt a bit underwhelming and didn’t carry the same punch as the rest of the offerings.

Decent spot for a spicy work lunch. Crispy chicken meets expectations and has lots of chicken bites. Dumplings were also pretty good. On the pricier end but overall a good spot for Sichuan food.

Tried the vegetarian options at Sichuan Alley and was pleasantly surprised. The vegetarian dim sums were definitely the highlight—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. A great spot if you’re looking for tasty vegetarian choices in a Sichuan-style restaurant.

Had an awesome birthday celebration! 😊 Staff were super attentive, served us small plates and even set up forks for the cake 🍰. The Sichuan food was authentic and flavourful, straight from the chief cook's kitchen! Loved the ambience, it's one of those Sichuan gems that's hard to find in Singapore. Note: Telok Ayer lease will end in March but there is another restaurant at address: Capitol Outlet 13 Stamford Road B1-29, #B1-30 Singapore 178905
