we had the acai bowls and an iced matcha. the acai was smooth and tasty and toppings were generous. heard that service was bad at this outlet but we didn't experience any problems and the staff were quite kind and accomodating to allow me to change replace granola with cocoa nibs.

Good make your own healthy bowl after a workout. Also very good protein smoothies. You would expect the regular price for these healthy places , around $10-15 for a bowl and $5-7 for a drink. However, they accept favepay so that gets you another 5 percent discount. Overall I would rate this place with the following: Location: 8/10 Ambient: 8/10 Taste: 8/10 Service: 9/10 Price: 8/10

Service has consistently been mediocre at this outlet. My last visit during off-peak hours was for lunch, I believe the more senior told me to order my meal via my phone instead of taking it for me at the cashier. I wanted to pay via Fave Pay. She took my order reluctantly and informed me that they ran out of chicken for the protein platter and offered to substitute the chicken with something else (choices: steak or vegetable protein). It was great that they offered a solution and were flexible, but if I had ordered from the online system, I would not have known the chicken was unavailable. When I asked her this, she didn’t reply. I don’t understand why she refused to take an order during off-peak hour. There was no one in the queue and the two tables that were occupied were already served. If it was peak hour/they were very busy, I would have understood. On the same occasion, another staff gave me a face when I missed out that she had placed the disposable cutlery near my food when I collected my order. I asked her politely and not in a rude manner. They are less environmentally conscious compared to other branches. Of all the times I’ve been to the outlet at 313, they’ve only served me disposables on one evening I went when it was close to closing time. I’ve been to this outlet at least 10 times. They served me my food in disposables almost every time except for one ocassion even if I was dining in. I’m usually at this outlet for late lunch. Plating-wise, the plating is also much better at other outlets. As much as I love the food at Haakon, I avoid coming to this outlet. I think Haakon should do more in terms of delivering consistency throughout all outlets.

Nice ambience. Window bench stool looking out. I pick this dish (as this come w no garlic & onion) for my vegetarian meal. The vegetables are fresh and tasty w generous 1/2 avocado. How nice it would be if their hummus doesn't contain garlic and I will be back again to try this for my next Vege meal.
