Was looking for a bubble tea shop near where I was at, and managed to find this at the basement of One Raffles Place! Straightforward stall in the midst of all the other food stalls that you'd find when grabbing lunch or a simple snack. Just queue, order, and wait one side for your boba to be served! If it's your first time and unsure what to get, just go for the Pearl Milk Tea or the Black Sugar Milk Tea. Can't go wrong with those options.

Told me that they didn’t have pearls after I paid. Has happened repeatedly (at least 3 times) - completely unacceptable and poor service recovery
