The must go after lunch for a coffee/tea/juice. Vital Gold is yummy!

Came here for the second time today to get an iced drink as it was hot out, and having been working around cbd area the past couple months, i must say this time i was disappointed. The lady at the counter who served me, dont know whats her name, had no smiles, sounded nonchalant and made me feel like i owed her money with her tone when all i asked was just for a cup of ice and for the drink to be poured out into a cup. Like is it so hard? Sadly, this will be the last time i buy from this outlet. My first visit was so so also actually. Perhaps you guys should retrain your staff on how to be professional especially working with the cbd crowd. To that lady, dont work here if you hate your job so much lol.

Ordered a mayourgurt tuna sandwich and an iced caffe cafe latte as the morning meal. Chose Eat in and they toasted sandwich for me. I didn't see the prices on the menu so I don't remember how much it was... However, the place is cozy and lovely. Services were nice. Credit card accepted.

I ordered NY Cheesecake, Double Espresso and requested a cup of ice cubes on Sep 5, Friday afternoon. The staff at cashier hesitated requested whether to give but her male colleague agreed and what was given to me was a cup of an ice cube. I asked why only 1 ice cube and he replied I will be charged if more than 1. 🤣🤣🤣

I frequent this cafe. I often buy cappuccino and will collect a stamp for every purchase. I don’t understand why a more pricier Chai Latte cannot get a stamp? When I asked the staff, they said this is their management decision. Defies logic.
