Had the best time here. Loved that their menu had so many options and the sets were substantial. Got their mala, fish with milk and prawn based soup and they were all 10/10. Their meats also paired really well with each soup and we were surprised that even the noodles tasted good. Service staff were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back again.

A very quiet almost hidden spot during the weekends. The mall was totally empty but for this brightly lit hot pot place. The place was packed but yet maintain a quietness and charm that makes conversations easy. Tables are also widely set apart for privacy. They had a 1 for 1 Wagyu hotpot set which was very value for money. The vegetables were fresh and meat was of a good portion. Also had a small selection of condiments and fruits to select. Service staff was also very kind and polite. They even provided us with plates and forks when we wanted to cut a small slice of cake and offered to move us to a clean table after our meals to eat our dessert.

I'm generally not a hotpot fan, but I do join my family once in a while since they enjoy it. We visited City Hotpot, and the overall experience was fairly average. The soup base was decent, the ingredients were acceptable, and the free-flow items were nothing particularly memorable. It's an okay place for a casual hotpot meal, but it didn't really stand out for me.

The restaurant offers a spacious layout with a pleasant view, making it an ideal place to gather with friends. We ordered the set for six, which included a good variety of soup bases. The prime-quality thin-sliced beef and fresh prawns were impressive in both taste and freshness. It was an enjoyable dining experience, and I especially appreciated the personal chilli-mixing station with its range of condiments. 😋

food is nice, but theres a hair in the condense milk and mantou plate. Disappointing because it questions the cleanliness of this place. We also went on a weekday afternoon, where all the workers are always nowhere to be found, and when we need help topping up the soup or even tell the workers about the hair no one is there to assist. We had to continuously stand up and go to their kitchen to ask for help. Anyways, food is great but cleanliness and service can be improved. Will not be coming back to this outlet anymore.
