Midnight Char Kuay diao I’m not being exaggerating This is one of the best char Kuay diao I had ever tasted The ingredients are unassuming but the dish js just ethereal Wokhey 100% Lao Qiao just nicely cooked Eggs aroma just sufficiently invoke the umami of other ingredients It is not oily at all but it is so succulent smooth The noodles are just nicely done, not overly cooked like other char kway diao, not under cooked like the novices. In overall the rating I give is 10 out of 10, The boss is very humble and he praised other famous char kway diao by putting himself lower however, his char kway diao is one of the best I had ever tasted in my life even compared to Malaysia and Thailand. He spent time and dedications to produce this wonder char kway diao, and always unappreciated by passers by, such as tourists. It is only lacking of good publication, his char kway diao was underrated, people just took it for granted and ate with oblivion. Feel his char kway diao, it will upgrade your taste bud to another level.

And I feels like they’re using “no 1” to scam tourists like me
View on Googlecrazy expensive for what you get. maybe if you only bought this and had extra extra rice to have with the sauce it would be okay. but the crabs were just shells, there was some meat in the sauce and in parts of the legs. service was also soooo slow. recomend eating anywhere else, rest of the market is lovely
View on GoogleI ate Prawn Noodle Soup here. The broth was tasty and aromatic, it could have used a few more toppings, but considering the time I arrived here (10.30pm), it was great. I arrived in Singapore in the evening and got to this part of town after 10 pm. I wanted something to eat, and this place was still open and serving customers. The place accepts card payments. I recommend it.
View on GoogleCan I eat the best Singapore laksa here? I asked myself this question late in the night when I arrived at the Maxwell Food Center. I didn't find the best laksa, but the resulting dish was still creamy, coconut, spicy... It just lacked more toppings. However, the won ton noodles served here are also worth attention, because this dish is complete, contains everything it should and is really very tasty.
