Yea it's crispy, unfortunately It lack structural form as a proper currypuff. but before you can even bring it to your mouth, it already start falling apart. So instead of crispy we were busy handling the flakiness that fallen ard.🥴 Ended up quite messy for folks eating it in your hotel/home. Filling is quite generous,👍 Curry powder kinda overdone,🥵 Sardine puff quite fishy and wet.🫥 Maybe it should be name as "flacky puff." Overall OK if you don't mind messiness.just prepare some wet tissues.

Attached the price here. Chicken curry puff was p substential. My father, who doesn't like to eat any atas food, left a positive remark too. He only said he prefer if skin could be thicker. Flaky.

Tried this stall's chicken potato curry puff upon my colleague's recommendation, and it honestly impressed me 🤤 The crust is incredibly thin and flaky - perfectly crisp without feeling greasy. Inside, the filling is soft, creamy, and mildly spicy, with tender chicken plus small potato cubes and mashed potato mixed into a fragrant curry sauce. Super satisfying! Their sardine puffs were unfortunately sold out when I went (around 1pm on a Tuesday), but I’ll definitely be back to try those next time! Along with their black pepper chicken one too 😋

The pastry has a gentle crunch and then melts in your mouth as you continue to chew on it with the succulent chicken cubes or soft curried potatoes. Batches of these addictive puffs are prepared and cooked freshly at the stall, which makes them incredibly enjoyable with their warm and moist fillings.
