My all time favorite wuxiang stall. One thing good about this stall is many items is handmade by stall owners. I love their chicken wing. Taste so homely 😂 The guanchang is the best in SG 👍 Other stuff such as wuxiang, prawn cake, popian, all taste above avg for sure. The owner already quite old. Not sure how long they can continue serving us the great good which going to lost in history soon. So many old hawkers already retired or retiring soon. Really eat while they still around. 🙏

Just an average ngoh hiang store. I’m not sure why this place is so famous and popular. 1) I often walk past this store, and their fried fish fillet is always overcooked. 2) I bought food from them for the first time today, and the oil in the wok that they used to fry the ingredients was very dark. 3) The ngoh hiang portion was very small, yet they charged me $7 for it.

15/5/2025 Had a $7 ngoh hiang set for lunch, was good. This stall has been around for many years. Two types of sauces were served.

It’s all about the nostalgic feel. If you don’t mind paying a little more for the traditional taste, this is the store to go to. The serving is smaller than other stores too. The beauty is in the old taste that you can’t really find in Singapore anymore and it is not oily. If you grew up eating this old taste, you will love this, if not, this store might not be suitable for you. You might enjoy other stores that serve larger, cheaper and more oily and modern taste wu xiang.

Mr. Teo's remarkable journey, transforming his father's humble roadside stall into a thriving coffee shop stall in Amoy Street, is a testament to his unshakeable resolve and perseverance. As the third generation to carry forward the legacy, he and his wife pour their hearts into crafting preservative-free dishes that showcase distinctive umami flavors, fostering a loyal community of customers who appreciate their signature Chinese sausage, Wu Xiang, and yellow egg cake.
