I chanced upon this stall with a queue right before lunch, so I decided to join in. The line moved really fast, and I hastily ordered the chicken soup, adding rice, braised feet, and an egg, totaling $7.90. The presentation of the soup is already a winner for a hawker stall. I love that the soups are cooked in these mini ceramic pots, and the meat is extra tender. The seasoning was minimal, as the double boiling method fully extracts the flavour into the soup. While the accompanying braised items were pretty standard, I appreciate that they are perfectly seasoned and not too salty. I will definitely be back to try other items in their extensive menu. A small tip: the hawker centre is like a maze. The best way to navigate is to remember the colour zone, then look out for the stall numbers. Update: came back the next day and realised they have braised vege too and it is really good.
View on GoogleReally good soup and definitely worth you money. For 10 SGD, you get 2 abalone and fish maw. The soup was steamed through a secondary pot, making the flavors delicately clean.
View on GoogleNice herbal soup. The veggie pork rib soup is rich in flavour. It comes with a nice flower tea too.
View on GoogleThe soup was very good! Natural flavours and not artificial or with stock. You need to stir well, otherwise some parts are salty. Full of ingredients and various options. Prices are very cheap, most soup are at $5.80 with the abalone one at $10. The young guy had good, kind, customer service and was helpful and not impatient. Recommend But ofc.. its in a hawker stall, so the environment is hot / sweaty and you have to carry the heavy pots to your table hahaha
View on Google5 Nov 25: Sweet Corn Pork Ribs Soup (16) & White Carrot Pork Ribs Soup (26), each $4.80, with rice ($0.70) - both soups were abit oily this round. There was 5x corn in the soup - some were fresh and good while some was not. 2 May 25: Back here again for awesome soups. This round, we had the old cucumber and ABC soups both at $4.80. Piping hot soup as usual. Best ever comfort food for me! Just be prepared to sweat while having your soup. 😅 11 Mar 25: Had the winter melon white fungus with pork ribs (with super soft bones) double boiled soup $4.80 and it was packed with unami! Soup was still piping hot even after leaving it to cool for 5 mins. Rice with braised meat gravy 卤肉汁 $0.70. It came with a free cup of brewed herb tea which has a pleasant taste. Came during early lunch and there was no queue. The stall band is 寶中寶 but their double boiled pots have a different name.
