the food was not bad and reasonably priced for its location. uncle was really nice as well, especially to tourists, telling them to help themselves to the sauces and explaining it to them patiently. love supporting small businesses with nice owners and if you do too you should definitely try this :)

The chicken rice here is really good! 😋 The queue is shorter than other places, and the steamed chicken is super solid. I'll definitely be back for another visit. Just remember to go early before they sell out! Uncle also super nice to people

The chicken rice itself wasn't particularly outstanding; it was just an unremarkable dish. It wasn't bad, but it also wasn't exactly great either. The boiled chicken was perfectly fine, but it didn't have that desirable texture or the kind of finishing touch that truly brings a dish together. Unfortunately, the chicken rice was also rather bland and lacked any of the expected aromatic fragrance that you'd typically expect to find in the dish. The chili sauce and the ginger sauce felt far too bland, almost as if they had been diluted to an excessive extent.

I don’t know what people where saying about this place, besides it being delicious and uncle was nice and helpful. I really enjoyed the chilli, it had a nice garlic kick and was just the right amount of heat and zing that it didn’t overpower the flavour of the chicken or rice.

The chicken is tender and taste good. Recommend to get the set for better value
