Baguette is fresh and crispy but otherwise there's a really small amount of fillings, not just the meat, they only put only a few strips of radish and cucumber. The BBQ pork is dry char siew. It's just ok but I've definitely had better.

First time trying Vietnamese cuisine at a hawker centre... Most other times, I go to dedicated Vietnamese restaurants like Loong Phoung or other small eateries along Joo Chiat /Geylang. I decided to try Hello Bahn Mi because of the good (though sparse) reviews... Objectively, the bun was not bad... Nicely toasted and flaky on the outside, soft and fluffy in the inside. We ordered the special "All In One Platter" since this meant we had various different kinds of toppings and 2 eggs. Must have sunny side up in Bahn Mi! 😂 I always order it as an add on in Vietnam. The platter was generous but drenched in stir fry beef gravy which wasn't very appealing and made a mess of the other ingredients. Stuffing the various ingredients in the bun then eating it was a very messy affair. But it's relatively good value since it comes with stir fried beef & onions (much like sukiyaki beef), 3 types of ham, chicken sausage, cucumber, tomato and 2 sunny side up. Definitely worth it for an extra $2. I also ordered Bun Thit Nuong... Rice vermicelli w grilled pork as this is my go to in restaurants. Sadly, it was a bit of a flop. The grilled pork was dry, tasteless and didn't pair well with the vermicelli drenched with fish sauce. There was a generous heap of fresh vegetables but as far as Bun Thit Nuong goes, this was a flop for me. Perhaps, it'll appeal to those who prefer a more home cooked flavour. I'm not sorry I tried it.. But given limited stomach real estate space, I felt I'd wasted a meal when there are so many other fabulous choices at Maxwell Market.

4⭐️ (can try if pass by, has some special thing compared to other banh mi) good quality banh mi, the bread is crispy. The carrot and radish are thicker than other banh mi, which provides a crunchy texture when you bite into it. I ordered bbq pork for meat, which is average level, little bit like char siu. Overall good banh mi.

This stall sells street food of Vietnam. I ordered fresh spring rolls and bun with grilled pork. Spring rolls were made freshly. This took sometimes but it was very nice. Bun was ok but generous portion. Payment can be cash and PayNow.

$6.80 for a BBQ pork Banh Mi. Only the bread is fresh and crispy. Tasteless Banh Mi with very little meat and vegetables. I informed the lady that I was having here but she still placed the Banh Mi inside the paper carrier bag for takeaway. An absolute ripped off.
