⭐️ Worth checking out if you’re around Maxwell Food Centre. Especially for matcha lovers! 🍵 I’ve ordered their matcha for SGD 7, it’s genuinely tasted as authentic matchas I’ve had in Singapore. The quality definitely exceeded my expectations for the price. Loved that they source their own matcha and roast their own coffee beans which I can browse inside the cafe and website Great vibes at both the cafe and KADA building. Will return on my next visit! 😄

I’ve visited Echo a couple of times and tried a few of their drinks, namely the iced latte, matcha latte, matcha strawberry latte and the usucha (matcha straight/americano w/o milk). The iced white was just okay, not memorable imho. It tasted more milky than coffee forward, and the coffee itself wasn’t as fragrant or robust as I’d hoped. I’d give it a 6/10. The usucha was not bad, would rate it 7.5/10! I’d probably ask for it to be slightly sweetened next time so it’s more enjoyable. I also tried their matcha strawberry, which was nice as a sweet beverage - 8.5/10 for this :) I do wish the cup was bigger though, bc there was quite a bit of ice. Ambience wise, it’s nice and relaxing for a coffee/matcha pitstop. The seating is quite limited, so I wouldn’t really recommend it for big groups. I noticed quite a few people working from the outdoor seating area too, so it does feel like a decent little spot to get some work done if you manage to get a seat.

Love the vibes of this place and their matcha! Staff are friendly and pleasant especially when it got quite crowded. Love the vibes despite the crowd and heat, it’s the perfect place to a casual sit for small group or pair if you don’t mind outdoor seating. Really enjoyed their espresso tonic and matchas. Tried both blueberry and strawberry matcha lattes which are perfectly balanced, sweetened, and with enough jam/puree! Love how as I’m drinking their matcha does not dilute and taste flat. Looking forward to dropping by again :)

ECHO serves one of the best matcha lattes I’ve had in Singapore. The matcha was smooth, well-balanced, and not overly bitter or sweet — you can really taste the quality. The space is small and cozy, with minimal indoor seating, but they also offer outdoor seating if you’re visiting during cooler hours. It’s a nice spot for a quiet catch-up or solo coffee break. We also tried the banana loaf, which wasn’t overly sweet and paired perfectly with the matcha. A simple but thoughtful combination. Definitely a place I’d return to for a solid matcha fix.

This place was super cute. It’s quiet with lovely background music. It’s calming. You can have a good conversation while enjoying the light vibes of the place, however be mindful that it is busy with alot of people studying and working. I got an Americano with sweet cold foam and it was delicious.
