Saw that there’s a good amount of coffee stalls in this hawker. Tried this stall this time round! We got the black sesame toast and osmanthus oolong. It was crispy and pretty filling. The tea takes away the oiliness of the butter which paired up really well. Will come back to try out other items.
View on GoogleHad a Black Sesame Toast with Matcha Latte this am🫶🏼 The Black Sesame Toast was well toasted and very crispy. Black Sesame spread goes well with this kind of toast. It is always a pleasant surprise when a coffee stall should be known for coffee but somehow the way they made matcha latte with the right matcha-to-milk ratio that created a creamy drink with vibrant matcha flavour. I guess it must the evaporated milk that created the creamy taste🙏 With this combo, it makes a perfect breakfast for the day🙏🫰🏼
View on GoogleIced Pistachio Latte was nutty, slightly sweet and definitely a refreshing escape from the busy downtown heat and stress. Personally, I prefer the hot version with its aromatic nuttiness and how the steamed milk provides a creamy and frothy mouthfeel. Black Sesame Toast was crispy with its equally nutty, buttery, and slightly sweet-earthy black sesame spread on traditional toast that made this a perfect combination. There are many kopi stalls at this hawker centre with one every lane but Coffee Break stands out with its many kopi and toast flavours. This hawker centre in the middle of urban jungle is super clean and definitely worth the visit for its many Michelin stalls which blend traditional heritage dishes with modern fusion fare.
View on GoogleI always make it a point to grab my kopi at Coffee Break whenever I visit Amoy Food Centre. Their kopi is consistently full-bodied and smooth, just the way I like it. Service is prompt and friendly, which makes the experience even better. I’ve also tried their toast, which comes in many interesting variations—definitely worth trying and highly recommended
View on Googlebeen here several times and everything is consistently good at reasonable price for local kopi. can’t say much about the flavor and gourmet coffees. had both ice and hot style. Wife had the TC and also consistently good.
