Known the owner since his Home based business days. His braise stuff is not your typical watery braised sauce. It is a more smoky savory semi gooey type braise that infuses a lot of goodness into his pork belly and pig trotters. Chilli is nice and has a tangy taste to compliment his savory dishes. The belly fry or B'fry for short is really good. Nice blend of crunchiness outside and pork fat and meat inside. Awesome wholesome food for all ages in my opinion!

Fast queue and decent price. Got the braised pork rice set and it was very good, the only downside is that it was a very heavy meal and everything was braised and covered with a heavy sauce. It really could use some fresh veggies or pickles to diversify the meal, the cucumbers they gave were raw and felt a little out of place. Food was amazing though the pork was incredibly soft and the braised egg was really tasty.

I visited the store after work and there was already a queue forming. If you're in a rush, do note that both queueing and food preparation will take some time, but it's worth the wait! I ordered the pork belly, and it looked absolutely gorgeous when it arrived. With the first bite, I found the pork to be incredibly soft. Giving it five stars for food and service at first try. Atmosphere four stars as surprised Maxwell is super packed on a Sunday. Recommend the trotter leg rice. Serving is filling for the average stomach.lady boss prepared each dish when ordered so be prepared to wait a little while. She is nice and attentive.
