A Noodle Story serves pretty decent noodles with flavorful char siew and tasty wontons. The presentation feels more premium compared to a typical noodle shop, and you can tell there’s some Michelin-style influence. However, the price is slightly on the higher side, and queues can get quite long. The broth is lighter in flavor, so it may not suit everyone’s preference. Overall, it’s worth trying once, though it may not feel overly impressive for some people

I went here yesterday for lunch. Honestly speaking, I did find the $12.90 price tag quite heavy on me, especially since it was in a hawker centre, but I still tried it and it did not disappoint. The owner was very genuine and gave me extra wanton because I had to wait for a long period of time before getting my bowl of noodles. He was also very honest with the waiting time and even triple checked that I wanted to wait for my meal. The shrimp (?) wrapped in the crunchy thing was really good! The soup wantons were also very silky and chewy. Noodles were soft and thin and tasted really good! Do add some chili to your noodles, it will elevate the flavour. I definitely do not regret waiting so long for my meal and the price was worth it. :) Thanks again boss!!

Visited in the evening and not surprisingly, there was no queue at all. Went for the $10.90 option, which feels a bit on the pricey side for hawker fare these days, but it’s understandable with rising costs. The noodles had that perfect springy texture, and the standout was the fried potato wanton—generously sized, packed with tasty fillings, which probably justifies some of the price bump. The pork was flavourful without being overly tough, and the half-boiled egg was lovely but they could have given an entire one. Recommend you to try if you are in the area.

May be i prefer stronger flavours. For me i feel its Good in texture but lacking favour idk because i am not too hungry or what. Something too fancy and less traditional taste. Look good on the outside so can sell at higher price but lack inside. Not a fan of the noodle actually. Even tasted bitterness. Can use more of the chilli which is not spicy to cover most of the bitterness. Overall the pork belly can make it. Note the opening hour is 10:30am but evening might take a break and open at 6pm.

Incredibly tasty bowl of noodles. Each individual component of this dish was really well done. I am supposed to be on a diet but I gobbled it up. SO GOOD!!!
